Begin your journey with an immersive introduction to Louisiana’s holiday traditions at this historic Mississippi River plantation.

As evening settles, enjoy a festive Southern-style dinner, thoughtfully prepared to highlight regional flavors in an atmospheric setting.
The experience culminates outdoors along the levee, where one of Louisiana’s most unique traditions unfolds—the Christmas bonfires. These towering structures are ignited at dusk, their flames lighting the riverbanks in a dramatic and communal celebration believed to guide Papa Noël on his journey
The evening concludes with a warm eggnog nightcap by the fire, creating a powerful first-night memory defined by storytelling, tradition, and place.
