The Vermont Harvest Table: A Culinary Pilgrimage to Fall’s Finest Flavors

Some places do autumn well. Vermont lives it—through woodsmoke in the air, roadside farm stands, village bakeries, and the kind of meals that taste like they were made for sweater weather. The Vermont Harvest Table is a six-night, culinary-inspired journey designed for travelers who want to experience late fall with all five senses: the aroma of warm bread and maple, the glow of candlelit inns, the comfort of a harvest table shared with friends, and the stories that connect food to place.

This itinerary blends Vermont’s most inviting villages—Norwich, Quechee, and Woodstock—with hands-on flavors and traditions: artisan baking, local makers, seasonal tastings, and a Signature Harvest Dinner that celebrates the state’s agricultural roots. Balanced with scenic drives, gentle walking, and unhurried free time, the week sets the perfect tone for the holiday season ahead—sending you home inspired for your own Thanksgiving table and all the festive fixings to come.

This program is offered on generic / flexible dates and can be tailored to your group. We can customize the departure location, or arrange motorcoach transportation for guests arriving by air, with seamless pick-up, touring, and luggage handling logistics.
